Title: Falling for You
Author: Roohi Bhargava
Genre: Teen love, Romance

‘Falling For You’ is a sweet tender love story, of Ruhana and Vineet. Childhood sweethearts, now in college. Ruhana is outspoken, vocal about her feelings. But Vineet is shy, struggling with his past and his loss. So he seldom professes his deep love for her. The couple’s problems, their tiffs and little misunderstandings form the crux of the story.

It’s commendable how Roohi has highlighted the minutest emotions of teenage, be it a crush, envy, insecurity , realisation of true love or inner turmoil. The college trips, concerts and fests help making a good background setting for the young lovestory.

Also, there’s a strong message, that you need to be good friends to make a good couple. You should rather blurt out your feelings and trust your partner, than keep your trauma all bottled up.

The language is simple and clean, I was glad there was no cussing or adult content. Also, Roohi has made it easier to fathom what’s in the present and what’s flashback.

A fresh tale that talks about friendship and youthful love, ‘ Falling For You’ is a good read, especially for teenagers and young adults.
