Disclaimer: I am not talking about my opinion of the case or the verdict here, I am strictly discussing the making and quality of the docuseries.
An extremely engaging 3 episode Docuseries that hooks you the moment it starts. The sequence of events, the chronology, the interviews with then advocates, jury members, and police officers, every aspect has been covered with detailing.
There was so much I had no idea about, for almost 50 days, the world came to a standstill, thus was the magnitude of the alleged offence.
And Michael Jackson’s popularity.
The footage of fans waiting in the sun for hours, to catch a glimpse of their most beloved celebrity, to support him, was overwhelming.
What I liked in particular, is that the documentary doesn’t take sides. Be it evidence, arguments, or the infamous Martin Basheer interview, everything is presented to the audience to watch and decide for themselves.
Some residents of Neverland had stories to tell, their credibility is of course ,for the audience to reflect. As for me, I wouldn’t comment about the verdict because there’s no questioning the law.
I found this docuseries extremely well made and neutral. Must Watch
