I wouldn’t know if I would face brickbrats, don’t know if there will be a torrent of opposing views, but as I watched Vantara Sanctuary Stories on Jio Hotstar, I couldn’t help Blessing the Sanctuary, the team, and the Man behind this foundation.
Rescued animals of all species, some abused, some abandoned, some even burnt. Finding solace in this wonderful garden, healing, embarking on a life of peace and dignity. Their diet, habitats and recuperation being monitored closely, them getting all love and care by a team of vets and chefs.
Rehabilitation of a single animal brings such joy to our hearts, Vantara is haven to thousands such innocent and pure souls who have been through hell literally. What could be nobler than this?
Every episode is beautifully narrated and described by Forrest Galante, animal expert, and we have elephants, tigers, leopards, cheetahs, reptiles, deer, bear and some rare birds. All having led a harrowing life earlier, recovering gently from unimaginable trauma.
I won’t say more, this series has to be watched, experienced. I found myself smiling, and shedding a tear or two, of sorrow, of joy.
And God Bless them all, the Vantara Family for this Incredible Job they are doing.
If only I could be a part of the team…
